What is Joint Synergex®?

The concept is called synergy, from the Greek word 'synergos', meaning 'work together'. The term synergy is often used by nutritionists when the benefits of combining certain ingredients are greater than the sum of their parts, and it's this philosophy that inspired our team of top nutritionists to brainstorm this optimum combination of ingredients specially designed to help you stay active. It includes our patented Optiflex® Glucosamine HCl, the first glucosamine supplement formulated from fermented corn, along with chondroitin sulphate and OptiMSM® (methylsulphonylmethane). All three substances are found naturally in the body and play a key role in the formation of cartilage, the flexible tissue that helps protect the ends of the bones where they meet at the joints.

Who is this for?

We've combined two tablets and a capsule in one supplement, specially formulated for anyone who enjoys being active and wants support to continue. However, for maximum benefits, some nutrients are best taken in the morning and others are best taken at night, as shown in the recommended intake.
